19.16 million lei on energy in the schools and town halls of Ungheni raion. On audits, 74,500

Ungheni Raion Council signed the cooperation memorandum with the LEEN Moldova programme on 30 July. Public procurement data supply the figures: 19.16 million lei of energy contracted by the raion's town halls, lyceums and gymnasiums since 2023, 5.69 million invested in public lighting and 4.09 in boiler houses, and on thermal insulation actually carried out — not one leu out of these procurements. The energy audit, the first step of the method, appears twice in the whole raion, 74,500 lei. The memorandum asks for no membership fee, and its text is public: of the four signatories in the raion, two published it — Costuleni and the Raion Council.
